- Образование: оконченное техническое, среднее-специальное (возможно)
- Опыт работы: опыт обслуживания мобильных буровых установок с дизельными двигателями не менее 3-х лет.
- Хорошее знание электрических и гидравлических систем, двигателей.
- Владение ПК: уровень пользователя

Основные должностные обязанности:

Requirements
- M/ 27-45;
- Education: Higher in economics/marketing or technical;

- Professional experience: Key customer experience 3+yr, sound industry knowledge/experience, 3+ years on a similar position;

Main Responsibilities
- Manages After Sales Team;
- Deals with return issues;
- Plans strategy of customer service;
- Leads the negotiation of contracts with customers to include all pricing;
- Tracks orders and sales for all maintenance contracts;
- Carries out staff appraisals career development of the employees;
- Conducts regular correspondence with and anticipation of existing and potential customer needs;
- Always looks to provide added value to the company;
- Follow-up the guarantee& warranty service with customers and suppliers;
- Follow up the stock of spare parts periodically to keep a balanced stock;
- Increase the income through maintenance contracts and providing services to the new customers;
- Set budget for the department and follow up its implementation;
- Proactively plan for service business expansion.

Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this position is to provide after sales support to customers in terms of equipment service and parts sales. Reporting to Division Director, After sales Manager is fully responsible for managing parts and service operations, market development, customer relations, management of his/her parts sales and service team. To be effective, the After sales Manager must establish an understanding of the following objectives and accountabilities:
Objectives & Accountabilities:
- Participate in Regional Business Plan and Budget preparation and market analysis and forecast for parts and service part
- Obtain financial and market targets for the year (parts and labor turnover, outstanding receivables, margins, market shares, labor utilization rates, cost management)
- Organize and manage service and parts sales day to day operations according to standards and procedures via parts and service managers reporting to him/her
