CRM project manager profile

Project planning, coordination, control, risk management and reporting
Manage internal customer expectations, establish good relations with customer representatives
Preparation of project documentation, analysis and clarification of requirements;
Managing all relationships and contracts with the internal and external suppliers for the project;
Controlling the scope growth and all decisions affecting the project budget and schedule;
Participate in creation and review of technical documentation.

University Degree (Marketing or Engineering);
Minimum 1+ years experience in Project Manager role
Strong knowledge of project management principles and approaches
Experience in doing requirements analysis, writing proposals and specifications;
Good speaking and writing skills in English;
Good understanding of CRM concept is a plus;
Proven project management experience within an international or a large local trade company is a plus;
Experience in working with distributed teams is a plus

Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel abroad frequently
Ability to work productively without supervision and in constantly changing environment
Leadership, ability to involve people in various activities
