CRM project manager profile
Main responsibilities:
- Project planning, coordination, control, risk management and reporting
- Manage internal customer expectations, establish good relations with customer representatives
- Preparation of project documentation, analysis and clarification of requirements;
- Managing all relationships and contracts with the internal and external suppliers for the project;
- Controlling the scope growth and all decisions affecting the project budget and schedule;
- Participate in creation and review of technical documentation.
Professional requirements:
- University Degree (Marketing or Engineering);
- Minimum 1+ years experience in Project Manager role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and approaches
- Experience in doing requirements analysis, writing proposals and specifications;
- Good speaking and writing skills in English;
- Good understanding of CRM concept is a plus;
- Proven project management experience within an international or a large local trade company is a plus;
- Experience in working with distributed teams is a plus
Personal requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel abroad frequently - Ability to work productively without supervision and in constantly changing environment
- Leadership, ability to involve people in various activities
