Component Repair Center Manager (Ukraine, Krivoy Rog/Komsomolsk)

Male, over 30;
Location: Krivoy Rog, Komsomolsk;
Higher education preferably (Mining equipment, automotive business);
Relevant experience: Mining business in the area oа component repair (preferable CAT components & work with CAT dealer) min 10 years;
Professional experience: leading of repair work shops;
Fundamental knowledge of machine components/systems and their overhauls (CAT preferred);
Plane, budget and forecast requirements;
Communicate effective with management, other employees and supervisor;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Safety orientated;
Foreigner languages: English and Russian - essential;
Personality expectations: responsible, team oriented, punctual, reliable, ability to lead a local team, communicate effectively and actively seek and provide feedback, self-motivated and detail oriented, work with minimum supervision;
Business trips: occasional travel and overnight stay (20% of work time);
Readiness for a 3 years assignment in Ukraine (option for extension, no fly in/fly out. The employee stays permanent in Ukraine, travel regulation according to travel guide line ZIAG).

Management of Component Repair Center facility/team management/control of turnover & cost /
Control of repair quality & repair processes;
Plan, budget and forecast requirement needed to support machine population, manpower, facilities, special tooling and equipment;
Display the ability to learn and apply new knowledge including implementation and control of international best practices;
Actively pursue all opportunities to grow the Service business;
Ensure a safe and clean atmosphere and environment for the team and company.
